This family fight goes on in the all three heats when Nielsen wins twice and and Darras gets the second and third positions.
The very good performance of our drivers, perfectly supported by our chassis, allow Nielsen to jump from the first row in the A prefinal, followed by Darras, third row. The prefinal is light up by the lively but fair comparison between our two drivers running with the Kosmic Kart-Vortex chassis number 2010 and 211 which alternate repeatedly to the leading position and offering an exciting show broadcast live. At the end it’s Darras, with a few tenths of advantage.
At the starting grid of the final Nielsen is faster and takes soon the third position while Darras is external and cannot manage.
Nielsen has to fight for the whole competition against the Polish driver Basz, at the drive of the “twin” Tony Kart-Vortex chassis, but finally gets the third step of the podium, behind the Tony Kart chassis of Lorandi and Basz.
Darras also runs against the English drivers Joyner and Callum, but he has the best of and gains the fourth position at his teammate’s shoulders. According to the results obtained in the qualifying heats, prefinal and final, the provisional ranking, as said before, lists Darras second position (45 points) and Nielsen third (40 points).
Next weekend will be decisive to our drivers since they will have several chances to gain the WSK Champions Cup’s title over the many rivals, first of all the Italian Lorandi. The competition for the first WSK title of the season will be particularly engaging because the scores assigned for the second round (9th March) will be increased by a specific coefficient.

KFJ. Clement Novalak performed well in the demanding WSK competition. At his first experience at this level, our young Swiss driver brightly ran and experiencing heat by heat, finally gaining the final admission. This target was not so easy for him if we consider that Novalak has never run is such important competitions. The support of Armand Convers, the precious tutor of the Kosmic Kart Racing Department’s drivers, was also fundamental to him.

KZ. In the category with the gear Andreas Bakman, the only driver of ours in this category, ran without taking any risk and gained experience to be ready for the next events.
