The European Championship for the Kosmic Kart ends with a podium for Fuoco in KF2 category and another one for Corberi in KF3 class. In KF2 category Fuoco gets the second position and he's now fourth in the Championship's classification. Nielsen and Fukuzumi enter the top-ten in race-2 In KF3 class Corberi takes the second position and the fifth one in the Championship's ranking. Piccini loses time because of some collisions but still shows the high potential of the Kosmic Kart-Vortex chassis The opinions of the protagonists, Marechal, Fuoco and Corberi

The result of our Racing Department after the last race of the CIK European Championship for KF2 and KF3 categories was undoubtedly positive.
At the spectacular PF International Circuit our chassis and drivers ran very well, gaining good scores and getting on the podium, second step for both categories. Antonio Fuoco and Luca Corberi were the authors of such performances followed by all other drivers'.

KF2.
Weather conditions make the qualifying step hard to be fulfilled and not all our drivers are able to maintain top positions. This way, even though the potential is high, Nicklas Nielsen and Nirei Fukuzumi, are banished in the second half part of the timings' list.
All the heats are run on a dry track and it is with a good strategy and strong determination that Nielsen and Fukuzumi climb the classification, gaining the entry to the finals of Sunday, with no particular difficulties.
Heats are even more brilliant for Fuoco and Ippolito, actually the two Italian drivers  always fight in the leading positions. Moreover, Ippolito succeeds in his third heat.
At the starting grid in final-1 Fuoco and Ippolito are in the second and third row, respectively.
In race-1 Fuoco always run in the fight for the victory and the last rounds are his opportunity to get on the podium, trying to battle with Snell and Barnicoat.
Nielsen reaches the sixth position thanks to his aggressive and efficacious drive, after his start from the twentieth position.
In the checks after the race he is unfortunately penalized with 3” for an infraction at the starting grid, so he slides to the seventh position.
The second race is even more exciting for our drivers; Antonio Fuoco always runs amongst the best drivers' group and finally he fights for the success against Tiene and Verstappen. He missed the podium for a hair's breadth, however the general result is still very good and enriched by Nielsen's performances which allows him to take the fourth position and Fukuzumi the eighth one.
The last one had the chance to confirm once more the good performances shown during the previous competitions. In England the Japanese driver obtained good scores in both competitions as well as Ippolito. Unfortunately, due to several collisions Tereza Gromanova had to stop. Our good Czech driver could not give her best as she did already during the first European round, as we said before, because of the several collisions she was involved in during the heats. In the Championship's ranking, our two drivers Fuoco and Nielsen, entered the top-five, with the fifth and sixth position.

KF3. Luca Corberi runs with high performances towards the finals, gaining a success which puts him always in the first six positions.
Top level driving skills are also Alessio Piccini's, running in the leading positions expect in one heat when he has to recover after a collision at the beginning.
In final-1 Corberi jumps from the third row and Piccini from the seventh' and finally they takes the fifth position (Corberi) and the eleventh one (Piccini).
In the second final Corberi is soon the leader, he fights in the first rounds against Laaksonen first and Kodric, Jupp and Boccolacci then. Once far away from his rivals Corberi is not far from the leader Russell. But the gap dividing him from the new-champion is so high that any efforts are vain and Corberi tmust akes the second step of the podium.
After the pole position gained during his debut in Varennes, the Rok Talent's winner Giuseppe Gaglianò was undoubtedly unlucky in England. His run towards the finals shattered after some collisions during the heats. Notwithstanding this the experience he has done in the team is positive and the results will be clear on the occasion of the World Cup in Zuera, on September, when the Rok Talent driver will be again at the track.
The good end of this Championship gives Corberi good scores which takes him to the fifth position in the championship's general classification while Piccini, after the fight in England, owns the fifteenth position.

Olivier Marechal – Team Manager of the Kosmic Kart Racing Team
“I am partially satisfied. We obtained two deserved podiums and we were generally very competitive in both categories.
If in Wackersdorf the competition was not so complicated for the rainfalls, we could have fought for the success in both categories. It is useless to regret, better is to concentrate on the next round in Zuera S
(Euro WSK).

Antonio Fuoco  -  Kosmic Kart Racing Team's driver in KF2 category
“I am  sorry for the penalty I got in race-1, without it I could have obtained a better placing in the Championship's final classification.
Independently from this inconvenience I am quite satisfied since the material works very well and the team also works really hard.
This is my third competition with the Kosmic Kart and I won one race and got a second position in the European one.
I hope to be able to keep this level of performances, it won't be easy but I would like to go on this way... of course.”

Luca Corberi  -  Kosmic Kart Racing Team's driver in KF3 category
"It was a positive week-end and I congratulate with all the team, I always ran in the leading positions since the heats so I trusted to do two good finals.
In both competitions I concentrated in not getting involved in any accident and after when the situation was become quiet, I decided to drive forward.
In race-2 things went better and I got the second position. Unfortunately during the first rounds I fought against a lot of rivals and Russell could obtain a gap which I could not recover once the track in front of me was clear.”
